CAMRA Gloucestershire

Welcome to the CAMRA Gloucestershire Branch Website

CAMRA is Europe's most successful consumer association with about 90,000 members. It fights to save Britain's pub heritage and campaigns for a wide choice of tasty traditional beers and ciders.

The Gloucestershire branch now covers the GL postcode area, except the GL54, GL55 and GL56 districts. CAMRA's National Executive recently decided that a separate North Cotswold Branch should be formed to cover the latter districts.

The Old Spot Inn at Dursley has been acclaimed CAMRA National Pub of the Year. Several Gloucestershire pubs have been South West Pub of the Year in the past, but this is the first time we have won the national title. Warmest congratulations to landlord Steve and landlady Belinda Herbert, and to owner Ric Sainty. Many congratulations to Ray Penny and his team at Wickwar Brewery. {short description of image}
